Livelihood & Sustainable Agriculture:-

Around 4-6 billion people belongs to the bottom of the pyramid are landless and are devoid of resources to run their business. Such people are resource less yet can be employed, uneducated yet can be skilled. Multidimensional and varied interests programmes are running for employing the people. CONCEPT support the beneficiaries to establish the Micro Enterprising Unit. Natural Resource Management like soil, water conservation by construction of dams, watershed, farm field bonding. Agricultural Resource Management includes organic farming, sapling plantation, horticulture and kitchen farming. CONCEPT constructed stop dam, 7 Doh Construction, 1 check dam, more than 1000 farm field bunding and land leveling as well as planted more than 3000 sampling.

Civic Amenities:-

The area of intervention of CONCEPT faces multiple problems like poor status of civic amenities, poor drainage and sewerage system, poor ventilated dwellings, lack of hygienic and clean drinking water facilities, etc. This scenario made CONCEPT to take up the issue of providing better civic amenity to the targeted people. Seeing the urgent need to make people more aware about the environment and the need to lead a healthy and hygienic life CONCEPT has undertaken a series of intervention under the above stated thematic area. The organisation has undertaken several soil and water conservation activities to improve the condition of the people of the area and provide them a good quality of life.

arrow_sbconsultancy Hanuman dam situated at Palnagar was inaugurated on July 4, 2009. It is expected to directly and in directly benefits about 200 farmers as source of irrigation facility. The event witnessed the showeringof blessings from prominent dignitaries like Mayor of Dewas Shri Sharad Pachunkar and special guest was Sabhapati Shri Subhash sharma. Among the other esteemed guest were from Suzlon Energy Mr.Ashok Dutta, Mr. Keshav Kanungo ,Mr. Prahalad Dad and Corporator Mr. Vikram Patel.

It became clear that level of water during this period 3' higher then the level in October 08. This has been anindicator of the successful endeavors under Jaldhara Project undertaken by CONCEPT SANSTHAN.
